The newly built cottage is situated right in the ♥ of a beautiful Slovak region called Liptov in a nice surrounding area just on the outskirts of a village named Bodice. One of the biggest advantages of this location is that it is the centre between two of the most famous tourist attractions of Liptov – well known ski centre JASNÁ Low Tatra Mountains (8 km) and thermal aqua park TATRALANDIA (6 km). The cottage can be used throughout the whole year and offers maximal comfort while giving you the atmosphere of a traditional Slovak wooden house. You can enjoy the heat from a real fire stove when there is a deep freezing temperature and snowing outside in the winter or have a barbeque in private garden of the cottage in summer. You can also have a fun while bathing in a giant outdoor wooden bath in a starry night at any time of the year – all these would without a doubt leave unforgettable memories. There are two identical stylish apartments available for rent which have been designed to traditional Slovak wooden houses standards and built from natural materials. These cozy apartments, furnished with the sense for details, offer an incomparable family atmosphere for relax and will take you away from the hectic everyday life full of stress and rushing around. ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION:The wooden house comprises of two identical but completely separated two-storey apartments. Each apartment of a size of 60m2 (645 ft sq.) has two bedrooms, a bathroom (including toilet) and an open plan living room with fully furnished kitchen. There is a common kids’ playroom accessible from both apartments. It is possible to rent both apartments for bigger groups/families or just one apartment separately. ACCOMMODATION CAPACITYThe overall capacity (two apartments: 12 beds (10+2) Apartment one: 6 beds (1x double bedroom with 1 additional bed and 1x triple bedroom.
